SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING INFORMATION

Thank you for shopping with Nanogrilp. We strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Please review our shipping policy for detailed information on how we handle and deliver your orders.

2. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size/weight of your order. For orders within the EU, we offer standard and expedited shipping options.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5  business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 3 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local postal services, and public holidays.

3. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to EU. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of EU. Please check back for updates as we expand our shipping options.

4. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed as soon as possible
    business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
  • Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.

6. SHIPPING ISSUES

If there are any issues with your shipment (such as delays, lost items, or damaged products), please contact us immediately at admin@nanogrip.eu. We will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted zones in the world.
  • If there are any restrictions to your delivery address, we will notify you and discuss alternative options.

8. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

  • All prices include applicable VAT and customs duties for deliveries within the European Union. There are no additional customs fees or import charges for EU customers.

9. CHANGES TO SHIPPING POLICY

We reserve the right to update or change our shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" at the bottom of the page will be updated accordingly.
